Controls the status of QuickSongs. When disabled, QuickSongs can not be controlled via the OSD QuickSongs settings. When enabled, QuickSongs will still work but you can use KeyMACRO to control its individual features. In that case, you can either enable/disable QuickSongs through the KeyMACRO context menu or assign a macro to one of its features.
P.S. You don’t need to be a Keyboard master to use KeyMACRO to control QuickSongs. In fact, I can’t think of a more straightforward way to control the OSD QuickSongs settings without having to load the QuickSongs preferences every time.
AIMP is the most powerful, versatile and feature-rich media player application that has been around since the early days of PC gaming. There is a reason why almost all the top PC game companies rely on AIMP for playback of both video and audio, and most likely this is the reason why the player has been included in every major PC operating system.
Another big reason why AIMP is so popular is the integration it has with almost any media format on the planet, meaning that if you are playing something it can already open and handle automatically. For instance, if you are playing a video with AIMP, it will probably ask you if it is a H.264 file or a MKV file.
And while AIMP is highly customizable, there is one major drawback with it: its interface design. AIMP has been around for over two decades, and its interface has always been a source of pain for its users. While the icons and menus are relatively simple, the overall experience is not that great, not to mention that it still lags behind, say, the Mac and Linux counterparts.
AIMP’s interface has always been a bit convoluted, which is probably why in the past it has been called one of the most complex media players around. While we do not recommend that you use AIMP in a pure way as a media player, it can still be used for that purpose. If you are fine with using it as a normal media player, we recommend that you use AIMP’s official audio plugins to handle all the audio formats you might need.
