Pendmove (also called Pend Move or PendMov) is a simple console utility to schedule a file or folder to be moved to a new location during the next Windows boot. You can move any file type or even a folder and can use this utility to schedule any file or folder to be moved to another location during the next Windows boot. It also supports both network folders and local files.
The tool is pretty simple to use. All you have to do is to run the program, select the folder where you want to move the file/folder or files and hit enter to execute the process. The script will move the selected files/folders to the new location. You can run the script manually by double-clicking the "pendmove.exe" icon or execute it automatically when you boot Windows. You can also move files from a local network folder to another network folder.
Pendmove was created to be used only for scheduled move, therefore it has the option of "Not Scheduled" which is used when user want to move a file manually. You can also move local files to a network folder.
The use of this tool is similar to using the Windows scheduler, but you don't have to leave your Windows desktop in order to run the tool, so you can use it even when you're not working in a Windows environment.
